Beef Stew

Ingredients:

  • 12 small red potatoes, halved
  • 4 medium carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 celery strips, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 2 pounds of Organic Dry Rub Steak Tips
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 slice bread, cubed

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 13×9-inch or 3-quart baking dish and set it aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, water, tapioca, sugar, salt, and pepper. Then stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish. Cover and bake the dish for 2 hours, or until the meat and vegetables are tender.
