Our farmers use a holistic management approach that nourishes the cattle as well as the environment. Animals meet CCOF Certified Organic Qualifications, which include: supplies operated under USDA inspection; written and audited humane animal handling practices; annual food safety audits; scientifically validated pathogen intervention systems; a pathogen-detection plan; and an approved food safety and quality program.

Compared to grain fed cattle, 100% grass-fed beef is leaner and higher in good Omega 3 fatty acids, which are known to be heart-healthy. As for flavor, our organic beef achieves the highest scores for tenderness and marbling. Plus our beef is certified gluten-free and has less total fat than conventional beef.

Our exclusive fresh-portioned steaks are produced from hand-selected beef primals. Each primal is examined and screened by a Certified Quality Control Specialist to ensure all PureLand America Grass Fed Organic Beef products meet our high standards for trim, marbling, aging, and more.

PureLand America is also a fully vertically integrated producer. We source our cattle from birth, supervise their upbringing, then when ready we hand trim, process, pack, and ship all our meats. This allows for complete safety and control throughout the entire process.

The result is a fresh product that is not artificially enhanced and is guaranteed to consistently satisfy in terms of appearance, taste, and price.

We’re serious about food safety

All our beef meets CCOF Certified Organic Qualifications. These include: supplies operated under USDA inspection; written and audited humane animal handling practices; annual food safety audits; scientifically validated pathogen intervention systems; a pathogen-detection plan; an approved food safety and quality program; and state-of-the-art SQF Level 3 Certified processing facilities.

This allows for complete safety and control throughout the entire process. Additionally, we’ve instituted strict Food Safety policies in our plants that include: complete daily facility sanitation; weekly assessments of sanitation using ATP swabs; floor foamers; foot baths and hand-dip stations; comprehensive employee training; HEPA filtration and ultra-violet air purification; ozonated water system; daily pathogen samples for testing; and rapid tests from FoodChek™ Systems.
