Simply Grilled Organic Grass-Fed Beef Dry Rub Steak
- 2 Organic Grass-Fed Dry Rub Ribeye Steaks
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
Take the thawed Organic Grass-Fed steak out of the fridge about 20 minutes before cooking to let it get to room temperature. This will guarantee that your steak cooks evenly. Rub lightly with a little olive oil (1 tsp per steak). Top each steak with 1 tsp of minced garlic. Place the steaks a little off center from the grill’s heat source and cook 4 to 5 minutes. Turn over and continue to grill 3 to 5 minutes for medium-rare, 5 to 7 minutes for medium or 8 to 10 minutes for medium-well. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
